In 2007 Huw Feeney co-founded a boutique commercial real estate agency in Brisbane. The company grew to manage one of the largest independent commercial property portfolios in Queensland. Boasting clients such as Hutchinson Builders, Alceon, QM Properties, Sekisui House, Primewest and many others. The company was incredibly successful in the creation of sustainable and energy saving initiatives that resulted in clients saving tens of thousands of dollars on outgoings whilst adding value to their assets. As an addition to the commercial agency, Huw and his partners co-founded a fire services company to maintain the agency portfolio. This business grew to provide services to companies such as Fife Capital, Airbus Helicopters, Ingham Chickens and many more. Through the process of management and sales, Huw got involved in property development partnering with his clients to deliver projects with end-to-end solutions of identifying sites, finding tenants, completing construction and selling the properties.

After selling both businesses in late 2021, Huw founded Dusk Group to focus on property development, development management and consulting. Dusk Group now operates in the residential, commercial and childcare spaces. The company Has already commenced several projects and is building a pipeline of work in Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast.
